Owen Ryan

Owen Ryan is the Executive Director of the International AIDS Society, the world’s largest association of HIV professionals. He also currently serves as a Board Member to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Prior to the IAS, Owen was Deputy Director for Public Policy at amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research where he was responsible for policy and advocacy related to global health financing, new HIV technologies, and key populations.
