Elizabeth Stuart

Elizabeth Stuart, PhD is a Professor and Associate Dean for Research at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and co-directs the Center for Mental Health and Addiction Policy Research at the School. Trained as a statistician, she develops and applies statistical methods for mental health and education research, particularly for policy and program evaluation.
