Pamela Y. Collins, MD, MPH is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Professor of Global Health at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she directs the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) and the UW Global Mental Health Program—an interdisciplinary program dedicated to the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions in low-resource settings.
